Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Retail account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Back up your data, sign out of all personal accounts, and perform a factory reset to protect your privacy before shipping the item back.
Pack and Label
Place the device and all included accessories into the original box, then securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
